Reporting something out of date
This is the message we most want to receive. Fares and timetables change, and a figure that was right in July can be wrong by September.
If you spot one, tell us what page it was on and what you saw instead. If you have the operator's page in front of you, the link helps most of all.
We recheck against the original source, correct the figure, and update the verified date next to it. If the source itself has moved or gone, we remove the number rather than leave a stale one standing.
What we cannot do
We cannot make, change, confirm, or cancel a reservation. We have no booking system, no access to availability, and no relationship with the hotel that would let us intervene.
For anything to do with your stay, contact the hotel through marriott.com.
We also cannot pass messages to the hotel. Anything sent here reaches the editors of this guide and nobody else.
What we do with what you send
We use your message to check the fact you raised. Nothing else. No mailing list, no analytics, no forwarding to third parties.
